Tonight's entry was about making every day a TGIF (Thank God It's Friday!!!) day, so on Monday, the most dreaded day of the week, should not be treated as such. I should treat Monday as TGIM (Thank God It's Monday!!!). Joel Osteen when over a statistic that most people that die from heart problems, die on Mondays, because people treat Mondays as the most miserable day of the week.
His suggestion was to treat each day like it's the best day of the week. There shouldn't be a bad day, only a good. That's a better way to keep things positive in a daily basis. To build a habit of choosing a better mindset and perspective. The keyword in this whole process of being happier is that I have to make that choice, allow myself to go through it, and accept this choice.
I choose happiness everyday. My job makes me happy. My training makes me happy. My family and friends make happy. Even my food and drinks makes me happy!!! :)
