My second workout was at the Westside Training Center in Culver City. I took both the Beginner Class and Advance Class again this week. For the Beginner Class, I worked on a single leg set up, drill on opening the guard, and open guard passes. Also, I go to roll for a bit during live drills from the open guard position. For the Advance Class, we drilled a double leg takedown, set up to the leg lasso, and omaplata set up. I got to do the live drill for 2 rounds, until my ribs were acting up. I sat out and worked on my core and flexibility.
