Workout:
Power Cleans- Went up to 230lbs for 5 reps, 245lbs, for 2 reps, and 265lbs for 2 reps
Barbell Rows- Went up to 3 sets of 330lbs for 6 reps
Core Work- 5 mins
My 2nd workout today was at the Force Balance BJJ/Paragon Burbank BJJ. Tonight's guest instructor was Milton Bastos. He went over Harai Goshi and Hane Goshi. Also, he went over a deep half guard escape to kimura and a lapel choke transition. We repped a lot on all the moves today.
My ribs feel better, but I skipped rolling today. I would like to test them out next week. Hopefully, everything goes well.
