Scramble Grip Trainers Cable Rows- Went up to 265lbs for 10 reps
Scramble Grip Trainers Dumbbell Curls- 40lbs for 10 reps and 60lbs for 10 reps
Hammer Curls- 80lbs for 10 reps and 100lbs for 10 reps
90lb Plate Pinch Hand Pass- 3 sets for 10 reps each hand
