Barbell Squats - Went up to 545lbs for 3 reps - Knee Sleeve, but no Belt
Front Squats- Went up to 365lbs for 2 reps- Knee Sleeve, but no Belt
Bench Press- Went up to 275lbs for 2 reps, 300lbs for 2 reps, 325lbs for 1 rep, and 2 sets - 280lbs for 5 reps
T-Bar Rows with 4orce Grips- Went up to 2 sets of 205lbs for 8 reps (The diameter of the grip was close to 2.5", since the handle was already close to 2" already. I couldn't go as heavy, since my grip was giving up first before my back and biceps.)
My second workout was at the Force Balance\Paragon Burbank BJJ. I took the NoGiclass. We went over on opening up the close guard and recovering guard from half guard. Also, we went over a darce escape to an Americana and Arm Bar transition from Side Control.
