Anyhow, I did some of the warm ups, which consisted of some shrimping, variation of shrimping, jumping jacks, and some dynamic stretching. The instructor went over some takedown self defense moves, open guard passing, and open guard defense. I did a live drill for over 5 minutes with the open guard and open guard passing.
Class was short for me, since I took the class during lunch time. I was there for maybe 30-35 minutes. It was a quick workout, but I got some work in. I really wanted to roll with the instructor, since he's maybe a weight class down from me. I thought that it would of been fun. Later today is some strength and conditioning and more BJJ training.
