Workout:
One Arm Dumbbell Snatches- Went up to 120lbs for 2 reps
Deadlifts- Went up to 550lbs for 3 reps- No Belt
My 2nd workout for the night was at the Force Balance BJJ/Paragon Burbank BJJ. Tonight's guest instructor was Milton Bastos. He went over several half guard passes along with a finish with a cross collar choke. I got to rep a lot and the warm up was tough, since it consistent with a long and non-stop core BJJ drills.
