I had two more workouts today. My first workout was at the 24 Hour Fitness in Burbank. Workout was for 45 minutes.

Workout:

One Arm Dumbbell Snatches- Went up to 120lbs for 2 reps
Hang Cleans- Went up to 2 sets- 225lbs for 3 reps
Deadlifts- Went up to 550lbs for 3 reps- No Belt
Deadlifts with Mini Bands- 3 sets- 405lbs + Mini Bands with Double Overhand Grip
Medicine Ball Th
Push Press- Went up to 2 sets- 275lbs for 2 reps
Hammer Strength Machine Pulldowns with 4orce Grips - Went up to 4 sets- 270lbs for 8 reps
4orce Grip Hangs - 2 sets for 20 seconds each set
Scramble Grip Trainer Hangs - 2 sets for 20 seconds each set

For power, I'm doing 2 or more reps now, since I'm getting close to competition. I'm working on a lot of grip endurance, since I plan on working on some collar chokes for this competition. For most of the exercises, I'm resting less than 30 seconds per set, but on the Deadlifts, I'm resting for at least 2 minutes on the heavy sets. I feel like my power endurance and strength endurance will be there for me during competition day.

My 2nd workout for the night was at the Force Balance BJJ/Paragon Burbank BJJ. Tonight's guest instructor was Milton Bastos. He went over several half guard passes along with a finish with a cross collar choke. I got to rep a lot and the warm up was tough, since it consistent with a long and non-stop core BJJ drills.
