Dumbbell Snatches - Went up to 120lbs for 6 reps. (I didn't like that their heaviest dumbbells were 120lbs.)
Power Cleans- Went up to 225lbs and 245lbs for 3 reps
Barbell Squats- Went up to 585lbs and 615lbs for 2 reps- With Belt and Knee Sleeve
Box Front Squats- Went up to 415lbs for 2 reps- With Belt and Knee Sleeve
Wood Chops - 40lbs - 6 sets of 12 reps on 3 different angles
Wood Chop Horizontal Holds- 2 sets- 40lbs for 25 seconds on each side
Planks with One Arm and One Leg - 2 sets - 20 seconds for each side
I felt pretty strong today. I held off on the grip and upper back work to rest up for the workout tomorrow. I will be doing a lot of pulling and plyometrics tomorrow.
