Today, I was at the the Tapout LA Training Center. I worked out twice today. My first workout was on the weights.

Workout:

Low Box Squats- Went up to 560lbs for 1 rep- Belt and Knee Sleeves
Low Front Box Squats- Went up to 425lbs for 1 rep- Belt and Knee Sleeves
Bench Press- 135lbs, 185lbs, and 235lbs- 10 reps, 280lbs for 2 reps, 300lbs, 320lbs, 335lbs, and 345lbs- 1 rep, and 315lbs and 295lbs for 3 reps
2" Thick Bar Pull Ups-  3 sets- 8 reps
One Arm Bodyweight Hangs- 3 sets- 3 seconds for each hand

After the weights, I took the 10th Planet Beginner class with Jovan. I did several of the warm ups, which consisted of forward rolls, backward rolls, shrimps, and cartwheels. The lessons today were on swim move to spider web to arm bar transition. We worked on this from the mounted position and from taking the back on the opponent's turtle position. I got to rep both transitions a lot and helped out several people in class as well.
After that, we did live drills from both positions for 2 rounds. I came out healthy and I got a lot of reps in, so that went well.

Next up, I was working the bags on intervals of 2 minutes of work and 1 minute rest on the heavy bags. I worked punch combos, leg kicks, and elbows. I did this for 10 rounds. Then, I spent three 2 minute rounds with 30 second rest on the speed ropes. I did some striking, since I don't want to lose my skill, since I spent a lot of time on it, when I wasn't training Jiu Jitsu before.

I didn't work on flexibility after that, since I was stretching a lot during lecture in class. My strength is improving and my grip strength was off the charts, since I was holding my own bodyweight with one arm. That was pretty cool. I don't know a lot of heavyweights that can do that.
