If you have no time to make it to the gym, you are low in time, or your schedule causes you to miss going to the gym, then you can do bodyweight exercises at home. Whether it's 5 minutes or an hour, there are tons of exercises that you can do. This is for everyone that competes in grappling to losing bodyfat. It's pretty much up to your imagination at this point. Don't be so rigid in your routines. At some point, you'll have to mix it up.
