There's a lot of great exercises and tips on how to be more explosive in this program. Regardless on what kind of athlete you are, being more explosive is always better. You don't need to do the full program to benefit off of it. You can incorporate bits and pieces to your training regime to help increase your explosive strength, power, and/or endurance.
