Yesterday, I worked out twice. My first workout was at the Tapout Training Center.
Push Press- Went up to 280lbs- 3 reps
Low Front Box Squats with Pause- Went up to 350lbs, 360lbs, and 370lbs for 1 rep- Beltless
Thick Bar Pull Ups- 2 sets- 8 reps
Thick Bar Chin Ups- 2 sets- 8 reps
My second workout was at the man cave. I was working on several drills on the dummy. Knee on belly transitions to arm bar, RNC transitions to arm bar, side control transition to mount, mount to arm bar transition. During rest, I did some core work with triangles, crunches, and single leg hip extensions.
Today, I was training at the Tapout Training Center. I took the 10th Planet Beginner Jiu Jitsu class. Today's instructor was 10th Planet Jiu jitsu Brown Belt, Scott Ross. He went over the straight ankle lock, he went over several escapes from the straight ankle lock, and the short choke from the back. I got some reps in and was helping out as well.
