My first workout was at the Westside Training Center. I took the advance class. I drilled for several rounds on an omoplata set up from the full guard and a triangle set up from that transition. I left class early, since I couldn't roll.
My second workout was at the Tapout Training Center. I did a short workout, since it was late.
3" Deficit Deadlifts- Went up to 620lbs- 1 rep- Straps and Belt
2" Thick Bar Pull Ups- 2 sets- 6 reps
2" Thick Bar Chin Ups- 2 sets- 6 reps
2" Thick Bar Bodyweight Hangs with Leg Raises- 3 sets- 12 reps
Today, I worked out twice. I took two 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu classes at the Tapout Training Center. I got to rep on setting up and finishing the Marce from the opponent's half guard , setting up and finishing Gullotine from the opponent's half guard, Half Guard Passes, and Full Guard Recovery from the Half Guard. I got to roll for a couple of rounds, but my shoulder started to hurt again, so I stopped rolling for the day and worked on reps.
