Yesterday, I worked out twice. My first workout was at the the UFC gym in Rosemead.

Warm Up


Barbell Squats - 135lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs, 405lbs, 495lbs - 5 reps

Work Out


Barbell Squats - 3 sets - 560lbs - 2 reps - Beltless + Knee Sleeves
Front Box Squats - 225lbs, 315lbs, and 385lbs - 3 reps - Beltless + Knee Sleeves, and 2 sets - 415lbs - 6 reps - Belt + Knee Sleeves
Barbell Strict Press - 135lbs, 185lbs, and 3 sets - 230lbs - 5 reps
Kettlebell Clean Once and Press for Reps - 40kgs and 3 sets - 64kgs - 12 reps

After that, I went to train at Gustavo Carpio's gym, Connect BJJ in Downey. I missed the morning BJJ class due to traffic, so I was lucky enough to train during his competition class. I did a lot of dynamic and corrective stretching, along with some core work before the class. I got to drill some half guard passes and roll for about 5 - 6 rounds for 5 minutes for each round. I had a great time and got a lot of movement throughout each roll.
