Today, I was training at the Tapout Training Center in Downtown LA.
Workout:
Deadlifts- Went up to 590lbs for 4 reps- Belt and Straps
High Pulls- Went up to 2 sets- 255lbs- 1 rep
Barbell Jump Squats- 5 sets- 160lbs- 5 reps
Barbell Rows- Went up to 3 sets- 325lbs- 6 reps
Cable Rows- Went up to 2 sets- 250lbs- 10 reps
After that, I was watching and helping out a bit the 10th Planet Beginner class. I couldn't do the moves in the class, because of my shoulders. A lot of inverted moves were done to take the back. I got to chat, hang out a big, and chat with some old training partners.
When I went home. I got to train on my grappling dummy for 20 minutes. I worked on transitions from side control, full mount, and back mount. Also, I was working on positioning and transitions to the arm bar from multiple positions. I even worked on the arm triangle for a bit as well.
