Side Handle Deadlift Machine + Fat Gripz- Went up to 520lbs - 1 rep
T Bar Row Machine (Pronated Grip)- Went up to 3 sets- 250lbs- 8 reps
T Bar Row Machine (Neutral Grip)- 3 sets- 225lbs- 8 reps
TRX Abdominal Fall Out- 3 sets- 12 reps
Mobility Work- 5 minutes
After that, I went to the Westside Training Center. Before taking class, I did some core work and some stretching. I did a couple of rounds of X Guard sweeps and Spider Guard transition to X Guard sweeps. I stopped after that, because of my shoulder. No rolling until competition. My main goal is to stay healthy until then.
