One Arm Standing Cable Rows at 45 degree angle- Went up to 75lbs for each hand- 3 sets- 75lbs

My second workout was taking the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Beginner Class. I did the warm ups which consisted of BJJ movements. Today, we drilled a lot on two moves. The first one was the deep half guard set up from the sit up guard to the homer simpson sweep to side control. The second move was the reverse de la riva ankle takedown sweep to berimbolo to back take.
I'm working my way back up to peak for the NoGi Worlds. I'm working on plyometrics from the get go, since the NoGi is mainly about speed and explosiveness.
