I showed up late, but I was able to train for an hour. It was mostly blues and purples and some white belts. To me, it was good size class for a 7AM class.
I got to do a lot of reps on each drill. The first drill that I worked on was a spider guard set up to a failed spider guard sweep to the Teepee Triangle Choke. After that, we did a spider guard set up to DLR to sit up to sweep.
Next up was about 30 minutes of rolling. Given below is an example of the Teepee Triangle.
Most of the rolls where with blues and purples. I was working off my back for the most part and defending either from half guard, side control, or north south. It was a big difference in rolling with these guys, since I've been used to rolling with white belts for this past month. A lot of the attacks were set up to the baseball choke or some type of lapel choke. Mainly, it was a flow rolling session on all the rolls, so I was able to get a lot of movement in. I had a great time training there. Thank you Dan Lukehart and Brea Jiu Jitsu for letting me train there this morning.

My second workout was at the 24 Hour Fitness gym in Brea. The gym is 5 minutes away from Brea Jiu Jitsu, so I hit the weights there, despite being tired. I had to get something in today.
