First drill, we worked on grip break to a sacrifice throw to knee on belly. Then, we worked on the set up and finish to the Chupacabra choke from side control. After that, we continued on from there to the arm bar. Finally, I got to roll for 3 five minute rounds.
I would like to thank my coach and my training partners for staying late and helping me out tonight. Congrats to my training partner, Otty, on getting his first stripe on his white belt. He deserves it, since he's the most consistent student in the gym.
