Barbell Rows- 135lbs, 225lbs, and 275lbs- 1 reps, 315lbs, 335lbs, and 355lbs- 5 reps
My second workout was at the Tsunami BJJ gym in Torrance. My warm up was some core work and corrective stretching. I got to roll with Professor Perry Hauck for 10 minutes. I got schooled for the entire roll. Then, I got to drill for several reps on the transitions from this week. I learned a lot from rolling today. At least, I came out healthy. I got a lot of tips on a couple of grip breaks and position within my opponent's full guard. I had a great time tonight.
