T-Bar Row Machine (Pronated Grip) with Fat Gripz- Went up to 3 sets- 200lbs- 8 reps
T-Bar Row Machine (45 degree angle grip)- 3 sets- 200lbs- 8 reps
Rope Tricep Extensions- 3 sets- 95lbs- 10 reps
2" Thick Bar Bodyweight Hangs- 2 sets- 25 seconds hold
My second workout was at the Torrance Judo gym. I was late, so I missed the warm ups. I got to work on some grip, entries, and set up for the O-goshi. I got a lot of reps in. I got live roll on the newaza and then did some positional training on there as well.
Working on my Judo is very important to me, because I need to work on my takedowns in Jiu Jitsu tournaments. The 1st Novice Judo Tournament is in April, so I will set my eye on that tournament.
