Barbell Jump Squats- 5 sets- 6 reps- 45lbs
Barbell Plyometric Squats- 4 sets- 6 reps- 45lbs
Wide Grip Cable Rows- 150lbs and 250lbs- 10 reps, and 2 sets- 300lbs- 6 reps
TRX Horizontal Rows (Supinated Grip)- 3 sets- 12 reps
Wood Chops- 2 sets- 45lbs- 10 reps
Reverse Wood Chops- 2 sets- 45lbs- 10 reps
