My second workout was at the Westside Training Center/Cobrinha Westside gym. I took the advance BJJ class. The lessons that I drilled on tonight were a set up and finish from side control to the brabo choke and baseball choke. I got to drill for 4 rounds. After that, I got to roll for 4 rounds and then did some stretching and core work afterwards.
