12/16/13 Workout
My first workout was at the 24 Hour Fitness gym in Burbank. My workout was 15 minutes. I couldn't get a hold of any equipment, since the gym was packed. Also, I got to the gym late, because of the heavy traffic.
Side Handle Deadlifts- 180lbs, 360lbs, and 540lbs- 10 reps, 630lbs, 720lbs, 810lbs, and 860lbs- 2 reps- Beltless and Straps
My second workout was at the Force Balance BJJ/ Paragon Burbank gym. I did some of the warm ups, which consisted of basic BJJ movements. After that, we drilled on side control recovery, an open guard recovery to a sweep to a collar choke. Finally, we worked on a quarter guard pass to full mount or side control.
12/17/13 Workout
Today, I was at the Tapout Training Center in Downtown LA. I had a short workout, since I'm concentrating more of my time on school and on my family.
Bench Press- Went up to 340lbs- 1 rep, 315lbs- 2 reps, and 275lbs- 10 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press- 50lbs, 100lbs, and 120lbs on each hand- 10 reps
Barbell Squats- Went up to 610lbs- 3 reps- Belt and Knee Sleeves
T-Bar Row Machine- 4 sets- 200lbs- 10 reps
