12/18/13 Workout:
Last night, I was training at the Westside Training Center/ Cobrinha Westside. I was late to the Advance BJJ class, so I had to warm up during the first lesson. After that, I got to drill a side control setup to knee on belly, to a baseball choke finish. I got to rep that for 2 rounds. Then, I got to roll for several rounds until my ribs were feeling sore, so I stopped early and did some ab work and some stretching.
12/19/13 Workout:
Today, I was training at the Tapout Training Center in Downtown LA. I hit the weights today and skipped some Jiu Jitsu training to rest up my ribs from any top control pressure. Workout was for 45 minutes.
Workout:
Barbell Bench Press- Went up to 5 sets- 315lbs- 2 reps
Deadlifts- Went up to 615lbs- 2 reps- Belt and Straps
Superset- Barbell Rows (Pronated Grip) + Plyometric Push Ups- 3 sets- 355lbs- 5 reps + 10 reps
