Today, I was training at the Westside Training Center/ Cobrinha Westside. Today, we had a special guest instructor, Gustavo Carpio. I missed the warm ups. I got to drill in sequence, an open guard break to x pass to a back take. I got a lot reps in and pretty much all I did today at the gym. When I got home, I did some core work and flexibility training. I did short work today and skipped the live rolls, since I'm competing tomorrow.
