Tonight, I worked out twice. My first workout was at the Force Balance BJJ/ Paragon Burbank gym. My head instructor, Steve Cardenas, was teaching the Advance BJJ class. Today's lessons were full guard breaks and passes. Two were getting to the standing position and one other from the knee to a knee slice. I did the warm ups, which consisted of 50 Jumping Jacks, 20 Push Ups, 8 Sets- 15 reps of different abdominal exercises, and basic BJJ movements. Before class, I spent 5 minutes on the foam roller and did some corrective stretching.
After class, I drove to the Tapout Training Center in Downtown LA, since it's near my house.

Band Pull Apart Isometrics on Mini Bands- 3 sets- 1 Minute Holds
Barbell Bench Press- Went up to 315lbs and 325lbs- 1 rep
Close Grip Bench Press- 3 sets- 225lbs- 10 reps
One Arm Row Machine w/ Fat Gripz- 80lbs, 120lbs, 130lbs, and 140lbs- 10 reps
