The lessons for tonight were cross collar chokes and the zekiel choke from full mount. I got to do reps for each move and then do a live drills from mount. I got to work on my offense when I was on top and then I worked on my defense, when I was in on bottom. I was able to hold my ground on the most part when I was on top and then on bottom, I got a couple of guard recoveries and sweeps.
I did better tonight in training. I felt that the rest from yesterday and eating more today helped out a lot. Also, warming up in class and drilling got me in the mindset to roll.
