Today, I had my first workout at the UFC Gym in Rosemead. I missed the Jiu Jitsu class, since I was running late, so I hit the weights. I was spent after the workout. Workout was less than an hour. The Prowler work was really tough. My legs were fried after that. I will have an upper body workout later today.
