Tonight, I was training at the Gracie Barra West Covina gym. I got to roll for 3 rounds. I got to work on several sweeps, reversals, and side control submissions. All the rolls felt good. I got to work on a lot of different moves and worked on overcoming my weaknesses. Then, we did 20 reps of crunches, oblique crunches, triangles, and some stretching.
After the workout, I was at the 24 Hour Fitness gym in West Covina. Workout felt great and my legs are getting stronger and healthier. Over the weakend, I had a lot of walking around Disneyland and at the mall while carrying my son, so I was spent from that while having family in town.
