I missed all the available Jiu Jitsu classes this past week, so all I could do was hit the weights. The new baby is due at anytime and I helping out my wife every night after work. Also, I'm on-call this week, so that didn't help out. I plan on making it up this week if possible. Hopefully, I get some Jiu Jitsu training tomorrow night.

I had a late workout after 9:45PM. I did whatever I could with the available time that I had.
