2/26/14 Workout:
Barbell Bench Press- Went up to 345lbs- 2 reps, and 320lbs- 3 reps
Close Grip Bench Press- 3 sets- 280lbs- 10 reps
2" Deficit Deadlifts- Went up to 610lbs- 1 rep and 550lbs- 3 reps- Belt and Straps
Barbell Rows (Pronated Grip)- 315lbs- 10 reps, and 3 sets- 340lbs- 8 reps
2/28/14 Workout:
Low Box Squats- Went up to 550lbs- 1 rep
Low Front Box Squats- Went up to 390lbs, 415lbs, and 435lbs- 1 rep
Pull Ups (Neutral Grip)- 3 sets- 6 reps
Thick Bar Chin Ups- 2 sets- 3 reps
Tonight, I got to train at Tsunami BJJ. The lessons for tonight were opening the guard to knee slice pass to side control transitions and setting up various submissions from the modified armbar to a lapel choke from side control and a full mount transition to a Zekiel choke. I got a lot of reps in and I came out healthy today.
I haven't been consistent with training and blogging recently due to the fact that I'm still in the process of moving and getting use to carpooling with my wife on a 1.5 - 2 hour drive to and from work in a daily basis now while taking care of our baby boy. There a lot of other transitions in my life that are going as well, but I have less than 2 weeks left before Pans, so I need to make sure that I get the reps in.
