Barbell Squats- Went up to 600lbs- 3 reps- Belt and Knee Sleeves
Low Front Box Squats- Went up to 420lbs- 2 reps and 405lbs- 6 reps- Belt and Knee Sleeves
My second workout was at the Versus Fitness and Martial Arts in Montebello. I was there late, but I did get an hour in for training and some stretching in before I started to train. I got to rep on the final drill for the night, which was a full guard, flower sweep failed attempt to an arm bar set up. Then, we did a full guard positional live drill and a free rolling for several rounds.
