Tonight, I had a late workout at around 10PM.. I was at the City of Industry 24 Hour Fitness gym. I had a busy day with the family on going to the Pasadena Comic and Toy Show and then going to Gymboree for the gym's Valentine's Day party. It was great seeing Professor Steve Cardenas aka The Red Power Ranger. He was the instructor that promoted me to Blue Belt in BJJ. My son and I got take a picture with him and he gave my son his first action figure, which was the Red Power Ranger action figure, of course.

Seated Smith Machine Overhead Press - 90lbs, 120lbs, 140lbs, 160lbs, and 180lbs - 10 reps
Lying Reverse Dumbbell Flyes with Fat Gripz - 30lbs, 50lbs, and 60lbs - 15 reps
Horizontal Rows (Supine Grip) with Fat Gripz - 3 sets - 10 reps + 30 seconds Isometric hold after each set
Reverse Wood Chops - 3 sets - 40lbs - 12 reps
Seated Rotating Medicine Ball Throws - 3 sets - 10lbs - 10 reps
