I had 4 rolls for about 5 minute rounds with three white belts and the instructor, which is a brown belt. I did well for 1 out of the 4 rounds. A lot of movement going on with the instructor and I was on the defense with 2 heavyweights on the later rounds. I didn't have an objective tonight. I just went with an open mind and worked on whatever was given to me. Thanks to my instructor, Professor Andrew Viado, and my training partners tonight for their help.
After class, I went to the 24 Hour Fitness gym in West Covina. It was about 3 minutes away from the Gracie Barra gym. Workout was for 20 minutes
2 Round Circuit on Cable Machine with Scramble Grip Trainers (Face Pulls, Wood Chops, and Split Stance Rotating Cable Rows) - 30lbs and 40lbs - 20 reps for each exercise. No Rest between each round.
One Arm Dumbbell Hang Snatches - 50lbs, 75lbs, and 100lbs - 10 reps
Hammer Strength Pulldowns with Fat Gripz (Pronated Grips) - 90lbs, 180lbs, 270lbs, 360lbs, and 380lbs - 12 reps
Hammer Curls - 100lbs and 140lbs - 10 reps, and 2 sets - 210lbs - 6 reps
