On top, I got to work on different attacks from knee on belly and north south. I tried to work on a couple of chokes and arm bar set ups, but I didn't get any finishes in. I did the warm ups and cool downs. The warm ups consisted of 2 rounds of jumping jacks, squats, push ups, crunches, knee exercises, and stretches. The cool down consisted of crunches and some stretching.
After class, I went to stretch some more at home for another 10 minutes. A lot of static stretching. After today's rolls, I feel like my timing and aggression is improving. Also, my hip movement and speed is improving as well. This week has been the most consistent week in a while and maybe for the year.
