After that, I took the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu class. Tonight's guest instructor was Eric Ramey. I did the warm up, which consisted of basic BJJ movements. Eric went over full mount escape and a full guard break. I got to rep a lot for each drill, then after that I ran out of time and had to leave for the day. It took me a while to get used to both drills, until I got some tips from Eric on how to improve my movement and technique for each. I came out healthy today and I feel stronger and more explosive now. I can't wait for Worlds.
