Today, I missed Jiu Jitsu Training, since today is my dad's birthday. I had to make sure that I got food for the family and have dinner early today. It's been a while where my side of the family was altogether for dinner. I had a great time, great dinner, and celebrated a great birthday for my dad. Happy Birthday Dad!!!

After dinner, I went straight to the Tapout Training Center in Downtown Los Angeles to his the weights and burn off the calories. I had less than 50 minutes to complete my workout. I finished in less than 45 minutes.

Workout:

Low Box Squats- Went up to 580lb- 1 rep- Belt and Knee Sleeves
Deadlifts- Went up to 585lbs- 1 rep- Belt and Straps
600lb Tire Flips- 2 sets- 10 reps
Sledgehammer Swings on Tire- 2 sets- 10 reps for each side
Wood Chops- 3 sets- 50lbs- 10 reps for each side
50 crunches

I just want to say good luck to all my family and friends that are competing this weekend at both the NAGA Las Vegas Tournament and the American Nationals. I know you guys train hard. It's time to shine and show proof of your new skill set and hard work. Mabuhay, Namaste, Dattebayo!!!
