Today, I worked out twice. As soon as I woke up. I started doing reps on my training dummy for 4 rounds of 3 minutes work and 20 seconds rest. After the fourth round, I got paged for work, so I had to stop my workout.
`Round 1- Back Attacks- Collar Choke, Short Choke, Bow and Arrow Choke, and Half Nelson Collar Choke- Strong Side
Round 2- Same as Round 1- Weak Side
Round 3- Transition of attacks from Round 1
Round 4- Same as Round 3- Weak Side
My second workout was at the Tapout Training Center in DTLA. I got there before they closed, since I was able to leave class early today.
Bench Press- Went up to 335lbs and 355lbs- 1 rep, 320lbs- 2 reps, and 280lbs- 7 reps
Push Press- Went up to 2 sets- 275lbs- 2 reps
Power Cleans- Went up to 250lbs- 3 reps
Deadlifts with Fat Gripz- Went up to 285lbs- 2 reps
Plate Pinches- 2 sets- 55lb Plate- 20 seconds for each hand.
