This workout was the day after my baby was born. The workout was late at around 10PM. I don't remember how much sleep that I had that day and the day before, but all I knew was that I had to get something in. I was motivated to train after having my baby girl. I'm a happy father right now.

Today, I was doing some Jiu Jitsu training at the Gracie Barra West Covina gym. I had to keep the training close, since I'm not used to taking care of a new born and one year old, while my while is still recovering from the delivery. I got 4 or 5 rounds in . I basically got to work on everything from almost every position. I feel stronger and healthier. As far as being ready for the tournament, I'm still off. At this point, it seems that I'll be rolling for the most part, since it's getting close. Thanks to my training partner and coach for their time and help today.
