Hammer Strength Row Machine- Went up to 2 sets- 540lbs- 10 reps

TRX Abdominal Roll Outs- 3 sets- 10 reps
My second workout was at the Force Balance BJJ/ Paragon Burbank gym. I missed the warm ups and the first drill. The drills that I worked on today were set ups from the mount to a goat choke and multiple arm bar finishes. We got to roll live for 2 rounds from the mount position and then I got to roll for 1 round during the open mat.
All the moves today were brand new, so they were really good moves that I feel that I can pull off. Tomorrow is the Dream Jiu Jitsu event. My game plan tomorrow is to work on my game. This is the only tune up tournament before NoGi Worlds. I'm just having fun, since it's my wedding anniversary tomorrow. I can't afford to get injured. I'm guaranteed 3 matches, so I'll make good use of the time.
