My first training for today was at the Untamed Jiu Jitsu gym in West Covina, CA. I did the warm ups, two rounds of hip escapes, and rolled for 1 round. I helped out afterwards for the kids' BJJ class and got to spend some time with my son.
After that, I went to the 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport in Walnut, CA, which is across the street from Untamed. I did some light work and conditioning. I didn't have to warm up that much, since I was already loose.

Double Kettlebell Swings - 32kgs an 3 sets - 48kgs - 12 reps
Barbell Squats - 205lbs, 315lbs, 405lbs, 425lbs, and 445lbs - 6 reps
Torque Tank Sled Push - 4 sets - 340lbs - 60 Feet
After that, I went to the 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport in Walnut, CA, which is across the street from Untamed. I did some light work and conditioning. I didn't have to warm up that much, since I was already loose.
