I was able to get reps in for each drill. This I was able to do live drills for several rounds. The only caveat was that we were to remove one arm from the equation. Finally, I got 1 round of sparring in.
After training I got a really cold shower in for recovery. I think I'm still sore from Sunday. I did some core work last night and I felt sore from that today during the drills.
Tomorrow, I'll hit the weights and work on some rotations for core work. I've been consistently stretching everyday now for this past week, so I feel more flexible. I'll see how it goes when I try to go full guard at the next Jiu Jitsu training session. Also, I'm more consistent now with the posts.
I still have my eye on competing at the Jiu Jitsu World League Champions Cup next month, but I have some other things to take care of.
