I had my Rehband Knee Sleeve today to secure my bad knee. I was able to do a lot more for today's training and I feel that the leg is getting more stable and stronger. When working from the full guard position, I was able to get several sweeps from the pendulum sweep to a hip bump reversal. When passing guard, I was playing cautious because of my knee, but I was able to move well. Hopefully, the improvement continues on Thursday.
I did some stretching when I got home tonight. I wasn't able to get to the gym, since my son needed to do his homework and all I did at home after stretching was 100 Crunches with my feet elevated. After my son was done with his homework, I held mitts for him.
