On Tuesday for Jiu Jitsu Lunch, I was working on breaking the full guard, passing the guard, and getting to side control. For passing the guard, I got to work on the double under pass and the back step pass to side control. I got a lot of reps in for each guard break to passing transitions.
For several rounds, I did some live drills from full guard on both the top and bottom positions for several rounds. Then, I got to roll for one round.
