Yesterday's training was at Rodrigo Freitas BJJ in Hawthorne. Training was cut short during lunch time, since I had to go back to work to help out on an issue. I got to drill on side control recovery, arm bars, and kimuras. After drilling, I got to live drill for 2 rounds.
My movements are improving and I was able to get reversals on the bottom position on the live drill from side control. On the top position, I was able to move around freely. I was able to get to the kimura position and the paper cutter, but my main goal was to work on the arm bar and triceps crush.
