I was able to get reps in for both transitions and then we did a live from from closed guard. Live drill was for four rounds from both the top and bottom positions on full guard. I was able to get sweeps and taking the back from full guard and I was able to pass guard as well. Then, I got to do 1 round of sparring afterwards.
I didn't do any training that night, since I was spent from helping out the kids with their homework and it was getting late after having dinner with them. I feel that I'm in shape for the tournament next weekend, so it's just a matter of staying healthy and getting the reps in to make sure that my timing and instincts are there.
