On Friday, I did a two a day training, since I was getting burned out from studying, so I just took out my frustrations on the weights.
Sumo Deadlifts - 135lbs, 225lbs, and 315lbs - 5 reps, 405lbs - 2 reps, and 495lbs - 1 rep
Sumo Deadlifts - 3 sets - 545lbs - 4 reps
Speed Squats - 225lbs, 315lbs, and 5 sets 355lbs - 5 reps
T-Bar Rows (Pronated Grip) - 135lbs - 10 reps and 3 sets - 225lbs - 6 reps
T-Bar Rows (Neutral Grip) - 3 sets - 180lbs - 8 reps
My second workout was at the Open Mat at Untamed Jiu Jitsu in West Covina. I was able to get 3 rounds of sparriing in. Then, the next day, I went back to Untamed Jiu Jitsu for the morning class. I did a lot of reps on doing a back take from after an arm drag from open guard and then I got to work on a clock choke when my opponent is on turtle. Then, I got to do some live drills and sparring for several rounds.
