This morning, I did 5 minutes of corrective stretching and 50 crunches before going to work. I did some more stretching when I was at work as well and I did a lot of walking and stairs this morning. I think it was 14 flights of stairs.
For the Jiu Jitsu training, I practically did live drills for about 20 - 25 minutes and then 1 round of sparring. The live drills were on the full guard. Passing or submitting when I'm on top and then sweeping or submitting when I'm on the bottom. I was able to work on a full range of reversals and sweeps when I was on the bottom. When I was on top, I just focused on passing. I wasn't worried about submitting, since I had some high level guys that I had to pass guards on.
