On the deadlifts, I didn't use any straps, but I went with a double overhand grip until 405lbs, then I started to use the over under grip. Starting tomorrow, I will start pouring on the weight on the squats, but the rep range should be around 5 - 6 reps on the top sets. I want to make sure that I keep my strength for the upcoming tournament.
Barbell Deadlifts - 65lbs - 6 reps, 205lbs, 315lbs, and 405lbs - 5 reps
Barbell Deadlifts - 425lbs, 445lbs, and 455lbs - 5 reps
Barbell Bench Press - 45lbs, 135lbs, an 225lbs - 10 reps, and 4 sets - 275lbs - 10 reps
Spoto Press - 275lbs - 5 reps
Bottom Up Press - 2 sets - 1 rep
Close Grip Cable Rows - 160lbs, 220lbs, and 250lbs - 10 reps, 2 sets - 280lbs - 8 reps
