Tonight's training was at the 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport in Walnut, CA. I took Sunday and yesterday off, since I didn't have the time or energy to train, since I was working on family stuff. I had to make up the training, so I combine the pull day with some pressing. After the bench press, my triceps started to fade fast, so that's the reason on why the singles came up on the workout today. I didn't want to un-rack the weight and re-rack the weight an barbell, so after failing on the Spoto press, I decided to finish with the bottom up press.
On the deadlifts, I didn't use any straps, but I went with a double overhand grip until 405lbs, then I started to use the over under grip. Starting tomorrow, I will start pouring on the weight on the squats, but the rep range should be around 5 - 6 reps on the top sets. I want to make sure that I keep my strength for the upcoming tournament.

Close Grip Cable Rows - 160lbs, 220lbs, and 250lbs - 10 reps, 2 sets - 280lbs - 8 reps
